Afshin is a member of the investment team at Razor Capital, where he has a particular interest in companies building market defining products. He likes to get involved with founders and product teams with a focus on fine tuning their strategy and go-to market. Prior to Razor Capital, he founded a recruitment tech startup that he exited in 2017. In addition, Afshin has advised numerous founders and early stage startups with a knack for supporting first time founders. Besides his involvement with Razor Capital, Afshin sits on the board of Ireco Trading & Production S.A. – a leading European provider of roasted nuts. He is fluent in five languages and holds a BSc in Sociology from City University of London.
